·   American Disabilities Act (ADA) - Managed ADA U.S. Justice Department mandated compliance project to ensure that customers and owners, who made reservations though the corporate systems were presented with the mandated ADA options..

·   Payment Card Industry (PCI) – Managed PCI project to ensure customer and owner credit card information payments were in compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Standards.

·   Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) – Managed the integration of the Office of Foreign Assets Control watch lists with the company’s existing reservation and financial systems.
